Vaccination Services

Clinic Details

All patients will be served on a first come first serve basis during the hours posted for the clinics. Wait times may vary depending on the number of people requesting vaccines. Please allow at least 30 minutes for your vaccination.

To save time, you can download the consent form from our website or obtain a copy at the pharmacy in advance of your visit. Please wear comfortable clothing with easy access to your upper arm.

Please be ready to provide your current insurance card/Medicare card.  Many insurance companies will cover the cost of vaccinations. We will also have cash pricing available. COVID vaccines are no longer provided by the federal government and will be processed through insurance or cash pricing.

We are excited to offer expanded availability of vaccines to our community. Come see us soon!
