Our clinic days are Thursday afternoons every other week for the summer of 2026. We have appointments available and also allow walk-ins.

- Until the Immunization Consent Form is completed your scheduled appointment will not be fully confirmed. We ask that you complete this form at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have difficulty filling out forms online, please contact the pharmacy for assistance.
- Please wear comfortable clothing with easy access to your upper arm.
- Please be ready to provide your current insurance card/Medicare card. Many insurance companies will cover the cost of vaccinations. We will also have cash pricing available.
Vaccines Offered
- Influenza – Regular 5-64 and High dose those 65+. (Available September 2026)
- mRNA influenza vaccine (mFlusiva) (Available September 2026)
- Pneumonia (Capvaxive) – talk with pharmacy staff to see if you are eligible for this new form.
- COVID-19 Moderna Spikevax(R) – Recommended for 12 years and older.
- COVID-19 Moderna Spikevax(R) Pediatric dose – 6 months and older.
- COVID-19 Moderna mNexspike – Recommended for 65+ and those 12-64 of age at high risk.
- Shingles (Shingrix) – Recommended for those over 50 years old, available as a two-dose series (2 to 6 months apart).
- TDAP – for those 12 years and older and greater than 10 years since the last dose of vaccine.
- RSV – Recommended for those 75 years and older, and for patients 50-74 years with qualifying medical conditions.
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) – Contact the Pharmacy for more information and to see if you are a good candidate for this vaccine.
- Heplisav (Hep B) – Talk with pharmacy staff to see if you are eligible for this vaccine.
- Vaqta (Hep A) – Talk with pharmacy staff to see if you are eligible for this vaccine.
- IPOL (Polio) – Talk with pharmacy staff to see if you are eligible for this vaccine.
Vaccines Available with advanced notice
Due to the nature of the following vaccines, please contact the pharmacy before booking an appointment to ensure we will have the vaccine on hand.
- Yellow Fever – You will be required to talk with the pharmacist to ensure the necessity of this vaccine. *
- Vivotif – Oral vaccine for typhoid
- Typhim – Injectable typhoid vaccine.Gardasil 9 – Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
- Twinrix (Hep A and Hep B)
- Abrysvo – Recommended RSV vaccine for pregnant patients to be administered between weeks 32-36 of the pregnancy.
- Menquadfi (Meningitis)
- Imovax (Rabies-Human diploid)
- Ixiaro (Japanese Encephalitis)
